What happens if I miss a payment date?
If a payment is unsuccessful on the 1st of the month, your membership will expire automatically. To ensure that you get your Bubble Box for that month, be sure to login to your membership account as soon as possible and click ‘Reactivate My Subscription’ to make the payment. If the payment is not made at the beginning of the month, we cannot guarantee that you will receive that month's Bubble Box. However, rest assured that in this situation the payment will roll over and you will receive the following month's box.
